  • Do you have a catalogue?

    Yes, we do have product catalogues. However our most of product details, along with information can be found on our website too.

  • Can I return a product?

    All products may be returned within 14 days, if a few conditions are met.

    You will have a credit note for the return and you can buy another claiming

    the credit note.

  • Do you charge anything in addition to the displayed price?

    We do not charge any extra cost such as taxes, duties & other working capitals. Normally for gold, stones or Diamonds & labor will be added in to the final price.

    In the case of an online purchase and a delivery is involved there will be a delivery charge added according to the distance from our Head office to your preferred location.

  • What is the purity of gold you sell?

    We sell jewellery mainly made using either 22 carat or 18 carat gold. Majority of our jewellery is available in 22 carat gold. The purity of the gold used for jewellery is guaranteed and we issue you a guarantee card along with the product descriptions in the respective product.

  • What is the clarity and colour of the diamonds you sell?

    All of our diamonds are a minimum of Colour G and Clarity VVS1, VS1, S1. We issue a Diamond certificate with each product.

  • Will the diamond jewellery come with a certificate?

    Our diamond jewellery will accompany a certificate of authenticity.

  • Can you engrave on your jewellery?

    Most of the products we do normally engrave their caratage. But on customers request we can print their special names or Birthdays etc…

  • How to check the status of my order?

    You can check the status of your order by giving a telephone call on +94 112 688 531.

  • How should I contact you for queries regarding my order?

    For all queries regarding orders you can send an email to mallikah@sltnet.lk  mentioning your order confirmation number or you can give us a call on the following numbers (+94) 112 688531, 2683723. Our branches are open from 10.00 am to 6.30 pm on all 07 days of the week. Our main showroom is closed on Sundays.

  • Can I change the order I already confirmed?

    Yes, you can change the order you have already confirmed.

  • Can I cancel the order I have confirmed?

    You may cancel the order you have confirmed within 3 days of order confirmation. But money will be not refunded instead a credit note will be issued.

  • How do I make a payment on your website?

    You can pay either by credit card or debit card. All our online booking pages are secure using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, which encodes all your personal information so that it is accessible to only you and us. We will use your information to ensure all documents are issued correctly and payments are secure.

  • What are the various methods of payment available with you?

    Credit Cards       - Visa, Mastercard & Amex only....

  • Will I be able to have the size of my Ring adjusted at a future time?

    Yes, we can provide you with the opportunity to have the size of your ring adjusted. However, this service is only available for certain types of rings and certain models.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Unfortunately we have the capacity to deliver the jewellery within Sri Lanka only.

  • Do you have Silver Jewellery?

    Yes. We do have silver jewellery and we have introduced part of them as "ICE collection".
